Beef
Beef is comparatively higher in fat and therefore calorific and nutritious. It is therefore the perfect food for active and young dogs.
Beef is one of the most important sources of the mineral iron, as it is present here in a form that can be utilised particularly well by the body. Beef also contains vitamin B12, which is found almost exclusively in animal foods.
Beef does indeed provide some nutrients in large quantities. In particular, the supply of vitamins B6 and B12 as well as iron and zinc is excellent.
